I have post graduate training in clinical supervision (Derby Uni) and I am an EMDR Europe accredited consultant.
My core training is in integrative psychotherapy (UKCP) and integrate parts work and current neuroscience research into my clinical work. I'm a mixture of science and woo!
My undergrad was taught by psychodynamic attachment focussed therapists. I was trained in EMDR by Derek Farrell MBE and Ad de Jong (intensive EMDR pioneer from the Netherlands) on the MSc in EMDR Therapy at the University of Worcester and I have completed Laurel Parnell's Attachment-Focused EMDR training. I trained in postgraduate cognitive neuroscience in Cardiff University Brain Imaging Lab which led me to psychedelic research. I have co-written a book on psychedelic assisted EMDR for Routledge New York and you can find other academic articles on EMDR on my ResearchGate profile.
